Morton first recorded this song on his 1988 album "One Joke". He recorded it on his 2016 "Game of Life" album with the Chester-based band Full House.

It has been sung by many female a cappella ensemble in a choral arrangement, which seems to be derived from the The Poozies' 1993 "Chantoozies" album.
