Annie Patterson, co-creator of Rise Up Singing & Rise Again, is on the road! Spend an evening with this much loved folk-jazz-singer-activist songleader. Her repertoire is outstanding, her voice is stunning. Annie's stage presence warms hearts and combined with her musical gifts and songbook work gives tremendous hope. She accompanies herself on a Deering Little Wonder banjo and Santa Cruz guitar.
She has been doing a series of concerts around the country celebrating the 100th anniversary of Pete Seeger's birth. She has been joined by a number of artists on these concerts including Charlie King, Sally Rogers, and her musical and life partner Peter Blood. Watch for more details on the 100th birthday celebration here as plans evolve. Many others around the country have been holding similar celebrations!
