Chesterton's words have been put to many different musical settings (see several above). The chords in Rise Again are to the traditional Welsh folk song "Llangofflan" which is the tune in many American hymnals (see top 2 videos above).
In England the Vaughn Williams' setting (his arrangement of the tune "King's Lynn") is usually used (see videos 3 and 4).
