Dylan recorded this first in 1997 on his Time Out of Mind album. He recorded it in Jan. 1997. It was released in Sept 1887. Billy Joel actually released the song first in August 1997 on his Greatest Hits, Vol III album.

Garth Brooks recorded it for the soundtrack of the 1998 film Hope Floats.
