Singing as a tool for social change is the focus of "We Began to Sing", a timely new documentary featuring the late Pete Seeger. The film follows activists Annie Patterson and Peter Blood as they lead singing at their concerts and share stories and songs about peace, immigration, and racial justice.
Following the 25 minute film, musician activists, who knew and loved Pete, will join in a 60+ minute conversation about carrying forward his legacy today. Email your questions to participants in advance of show: info@songkeepers.ca
